Our annual plans can provide single and family options at tremendous savings by making our high quality dental services available for a percentage off our regular fees. 

Our plan is simple and straightforward

• NO waiting periods

Child (13 and under) $219

Yearly membership plan includes:

• 2 Healthy Dental Cleanings (periodontal therapy at additional cost)
• 2 Doctors Exams
• All Needed X-rays
• Oral Cancer Screening
• 1 Emergency Exam (as needed)
• 1 Fluoride Treatment (as needed)
